Sophie Barsoian was born in Daly City and currently attends Saint Ignatius College Prep in San Francisco, California. She has always had a love for biology, which inspired her to take a leading role as the president of her school's STEM Club. Outside the classroom, Sophie enjoys golfing and staying active, balancing academics with time on the course. She also volunteers in her community, working with children and supporting her peers at school events. Looking forward, Sophie hopes to combine her passion for science and helping others by exploring a future in biology or medicine, excited by the possibility of making a difference in human health.
